UICheck vs Percy
Percy (part of BrowserStack) is visual regression testing: your test suite takes snapshots, Percy compares them with approved baselines and you review what changed. It answers “did anything change?”. UICheck answers “is anything wrong?” first: it tests a live URL on every screen size and finds layout bugs even on the first run. Once a project looks right, UICheck can also keep its approved screenshots and show what changed on every later run, without test code.

Choose Percy if
- You have an automated test suite and want every component change reviewed
- You need snapshots of app states that only a test script can reach
Choose UICheck if
- You have no test suite, or test sites built on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow
- You want bugs found on the first check, not just changes
- You want to compare the build with the design
Or use both
Many teams need only UICheck: layout bugs, Figma and visual baselines on real pages. Teams with a large test suite can keep Percy for component snapshots and use UICheck for the full pages on every screen size.
