Terms of Service

UICheck loads web pages you choose in real browsers on our servers, at the screen sizes you pick, and reports layout, responsive, form and accessibility problems with screenshots. Paid plans add features such as full-site checks, other browsers, a breakpoint sweep, Figma comparison and live sessions.

Results are produced automatically. They help you find problems but can miss issues or flag something that is intended. You remain responsible for reviewing your own websites.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with a password if you set one. Keep access to your email and password secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account is for one person: to work as a team, invite each person into your workspace instead of sharing a sign-in. The owners of a workspace are responsible for who they invite and for its plan and billing.

Give accurate information and keep your email address current, because we use it to sign you in and to send billing and security messages.

Only check websites you own or have permission to test. You must not use UICheck to:

• get around a website’s bot protection, logins or access controls;
• reach private, internal or local network addresses (we block these);
• load-test, scrape, or send unreasonable traffic to any site;
• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• interfere with UICheck, probe it for weaknesses, or resell it without our written agreement.

Live sessions stay on the checked site, end after inactivity and have time limits. We may limit or suspend use that harms the service or other people.

The Free plan includes 5 checks a day. Lens ($5 a month) and Prism ($50 a month) are monthly subscriptions with the limits shown on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change; we will tell you by email at least 14 days before a change applies to your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time in Account → Billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep all rights to the websites, URLs, screenshots, reports and notes in your account. You allow us to store and process them only to run UICheck for you.

Reports are private to your account unless you make one public. A public report can be opened by anyone with its link until you make it private again or reset the link.

If you connect Figma, UICheck reads the frames you link, with read-only access, to compare them with your pages. You must have the right to use those files. You can disconnect Figma at any time in your account, which deletes the stored access.

We work to keep UICheck available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change or remove features; if a change removes something important from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

You can delete your account at any time in Account; this cancels any subscription and deletes your checks, screenshots and reports. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

To the extent the law allows, Fulgid Software Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, arising from UICheck.

Our total liability for any claim relating to UICheck is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use UICheck after that means you accept the updated terms.
