UICheck

ConnectEvery plan, including Free

Send every bug where your team already works.

Connect Linear, Jira, GitHub, Worksynk or Slack once. Every layout bug becomes an issue with the screenshot, the screen sizes and the fix written out, and when the task is closed, UICheck checks the page again to confirm it.

The tools your team already uses

In every issue

A ticket a developer can fix without asking

  • The screenshot, cropped around the problem and outlined
  • What’s wrong, why it matters and how to fix it
  • Screen sizes, the element’s selector and the page
  • A link back to the full report

Two-way sync

Closed there, checked here

Nobody has to come back to UICheck to say it’s done. When a developer closes the task, UICheck re-checks that page at the sizes where it broke and emails the answer.

  • Done in the tracker = fixed in UICheck, checked within minutes
  • Fixed, or still there, with before and now
  • Reopened in the tracker = open again in UICheck
  • Your own marks are never overwritten

Questions

Which tools can I connect?

Linear, Jira Cloud, GitHub and Worksynk for issues, and Slack for report summaries and monitoring alerts. Each one connects with its own sign-in; you never paste API keys.

What goes into each issue?

A plain-language title, what is wrong, why it matters and how to fix it, the screen sizes it happens on, the element’s selector and a link back to the report. Every tool also gets the screenshot cropped around the problem with the element outlined: Linear and Jira get their own copy, Worksynk an attachment, GitHub shows it in the issue.

What happens when the task is closed?

UICheck reads each linked task every few minutes. When it is done or closed, the finding is marked fixed and the page is re-checked at the screen sizes where it broke (Lens and Prism), and whoever sent it gets an email: fixed, or still there. Reopen the task and the mark is taken back.

Will the same bug be filed twice?

No. Once a finding has an issue, the report shows a link to it (for example WEB-142) instead of the button, on that check and on later checks of the same page.

Can I send many bugs at once?

Yes. Tick the findings or comments you want, in a report or in the To fix list, and choose Create issues: you see the progress, and anything that fails stays selected with the reason. Ones that already have an issue are skipped.

Each client has its own project in our tracker. Does that work?

Yes. Pick a destination per site on the project page, or the first time you send one. Sent something to the wrong place? Remove the link and send it again; the task stays in the tracker.

What access does UICheck get?

Only what it needs: create issues in Linear, read and create Jira issues on the one site you pick, Issues on the GitHub repositories you choose, and posting to one Slack channel. Tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.
