QA your client sites as a team
Invite your developers, PMs and clients into one workspace. Everyone sees the same projects, checks and integrations, each with their own sign-in and role, and the activity log shows who did what. Prism includes 5 people and 10 free viewers.

How it works
- 1
Invite your team
Send an email invite as admin, member or viewer. The link works once, for that address.
- 2
Work in one place
Projects, checks, baselines, monitoring, Linear/Jira/GitHub/Slack and CI tokens are shared by the workspace.
- 3
Bring in clients for free
Viewers see projects and reports and change nothing, without using a paid seat.
What it catches
- 5 people included, $10/month for each extra
- Up to 10 free read-only viewers
- Owner, admin, member and viewer roles
- An activity log you can filter by person, action and date
- Assign many items at once from the To fix list
- Email alerts each person chooses per project
Questions
What can each role do?
Owners do everything, including billing. Admins also manage people, integrations and CI tokens. Members run checks and work on projects. Viewers only look.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them and they lose access at once; their checks stay. UICheck offers to revoke the CI tokens they made and replace the site access key they saw.
How do people know what to work on?
Everything lands in one To fix list: findings, client comments and site reports, with assignee, priority and status. Select many to assign, prioritise or send to your tracker together. Each person chooses which emails they get for each project.
Can I keep clients separate?
Yes: make a workspace per client on Prism, or share single reports with a public link on any plan.
