UICheck

See what changed since the version you approved

When a project looks right, approve it as the baseline. Every later run compares each page and screen size pixel by pixel and shows the change side by side, as a diff and in the PDF report. No test scripts, no SDK: it works on any site you can check.

How it works

  1. 1

Save the site as a project

Its pages, screen sizes and settings are kept, so every run checks the same thing.

  2. 2

    Approve a baseline

On a check that looks right, approve all screens, or just the ones you want.

  3. 3

    Run again after changes

Each screen shows how much changed, where, and the before and after. Approve the new look in one click.

What it catches

  • A section that moved, grew or disappeared
  • Colour, font and image changes you didn’t mean to ship
  • Pages that got taller or shorter
  • Optional: fail the quality gate when a screen changed

Questions

Do I need to write tests?

No. Visual baselines work on the projects you already check: approve once, compare on every run, by hand, monitoring or CI.

What about sliders, dates and other moving content?

Mask them in the project’s page preparation; masked areas are drawn as boxes so they never count as changes.

How much change counts?

A screen counts as changed above 1% of its pixels by default; set your own threshold per project.
